Only Mallard Lake will be open at this time.
The gate to the fishery will remain locked at all times with a number combination lock.
All catches must be taken home to be weighed and catch returns to be submitted via email or text message.

Our website is small but perfectly formed – we hope you find everything you need within these few pages. If you don’t – please feel free to contact us – or drop your rod in the car and come over.
We are nestled in an old china clay pit on Bodmin Moor. There are 2 lakes to fish
- Mallard Lake – Fly fishing only – 430 metre perimeter – 2.4 Acres Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout – minimum stocking 1.5lb up to double-figure fish Most bags average over 2lb per fish
- Teal Lake – Any (legal) method – 450 metre perimeter – 3.2 Acres Rainbow Trout and Wild Brown Trout – stocking around 1lb, many fish up to 4lb
We offer disabled access by appointment – and rod and net hire.

If all that wasn’t enough – there is a well-stocked fishing hut – We sell a selection of flies and a small range of tackle – we even have a flushing toilet – all mod-cons!
