The warmer days have been most productive with good hatches of buzzers. In these conditions floating lines fished with buzzers, nymphs and dry flies have all caught fish.
In two visits to the fishery Mr Loader, of Bude, landed nine rainbows for 19lb 2oz fishing Chompers and a Hothead Nymph.
Mrs Harris, of Penryn, landed six rainbows for a total of 13lb 4oz fishing a Blue Flash Damsel Nymph and Buzzers.
