Anglers braving the harsh wintery conditions have been justly rewarded.
On some of the warmer days trout have been surface feeding.
Mr Twine, of Liskeard, landed five good rainbows for 10lb 14oz fishing a Cat’s Whisker, Dawsons Olive and a Montana.
Mr Twine’s largest rainbow tipped the scales at 3lb 7oz and was taken on a dawsons olive.
