Warm overcast days have had some great hatches of buzzers with plenty of trout surface feeding.
Fish have been caught deeper in the lake in brighter conditions.
Mr Twine, of Liskeard, landed six rainbows for 11lb fishing buzzers.
Mr Barnicoat, of Bodmin, landed a good six fish bag for 12lb 8oz fishing a Dawsons Olive with the largest rainbow tipping the scales at 4lb 8oz.
